Immunohistochemistry analysis of PFKFB4 in paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded human skeletal muscle tissue sections. Samples were incubated with PFKFB4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-15475) using a dilution of 1:100 for 1 hours at room temperature followed by an undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody.
