PHKG1 Antibody (PA5-70230) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemical analysis of PHKG1 in paraffin-embedded human liver tissue. Sample was probed with a PHKG1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-70230) at a dilution of 1:200. Detection was performed with a donkey anti-Rabbit Cy3 secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:200. Images were taken at 20x magnification with an exposure time of 0.5-2.0 seconds.

PHKG1 is a serine/threonine kinase with glycogenolytic regulatory functions. This protein is the catalytic member of a 16 subunit protein kinase complex which contains equimolar ratios of 4 subunit types. The complex is a crucial glycogenolytic regulatory enzyme. PHKG1 has two pseudogenes at chromosome 7q11.21 and one at chromosome 11p11.12.
