PID1 Antibody (PA5-110168) in WB

Western blot analysis of PID1 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with PID1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-110168) using a dilution of 1:3,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 30s.

PID1 Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — Immunoprecipitation of PID1 in 25 μg extracts of Mouse liver cells. Samples were precipitated with 3 μg PID1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-110168). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using PID1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-110168) at a dilution of 1:1,000.
