PNPLA1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot analysis of PNPLA1 in multiple sample types using a PNPLA1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-113223) at a concentration of 12 µg/ml. A goat anti rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:10,000. Sample types that were tested include: Lane 1: Mouse spleen tissue, Lane 2: Mouse skeletal muscle tissue.
