Prolactin Antibody (PA5-47140) in WB

Western blot analysis of Prolactin in mouse pituitary tissue and rat pituitary tissue. Samples were incubated in Prolactin polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47140) using a dilution of 0.25 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Prolactin at approximately 23 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
