Immunohistochemistry analysis of RAB13 in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue. Samples were incubated with RAB13 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-13621) which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

RAB13 Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — Flow cytometry of RAB13 in 293 cells (bottom histogram). Samples were incubated with RAB13 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-13621) followed by FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibody. Negative control cell (top histogram).
