Western blot was performed using Anti-RAGE Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-48057) and 45, 55 kDa bands corresponding to RAGE was observed in Mouse Lung, Rat Lung but not in Mouse Heart, Mouse Skeletal Muscle which are reported to be negative.
