Detection of human RNF5 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from K-562, Hep-G2, RKO, LNCaP, and HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RNF5 antibody (Product # A303-594A lot 2) used for WB at 0.4 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
