RNMTL1 Antibody (PA5-92299) in WB
Western blot analysis of RNMTL1 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with RNMTL1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-92299) using a dilution of 1:3,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.

The RNA methyltransferase like 1 gene (RNMTL1) is one of thirteen newly discovered genes within a 116 Kb segment of the chromosome 17p13.3, which suffers from a high frequent loss of heterozygosity in human hepatocellular carcinoma.
