ROBO2 Antibody (MA5-24104) in Flow

Flow cytometry of ROBO2 in HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with either (A) human ROBO2 or (B) irrelevant protein, and eGFP. Samples were incubated in ROBO2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24104) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. Quadrant markers were set based on isotype control antibody staining.

ROBO2 belongs to the ROBO family, part of the immunoglobulin superfamily proteins that are highly conserved from fly to human. ROBO2 is a receptor for SLIT2, molecules known to function in axon guidance and cell migration. Defects in this gene are the cause of vesicoureteral reflux type 2.
