RRM1 Antibody (PA5-27263) in ICC/IF
RRM1 Polyclonal Antibody detects RRM1 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min. Green: RRM1 stained by RRM1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-27263) diluted at 1:500. Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin Polyclonal Antibody [GT114] (Product # MA5-31466) diluted at 1:1,000.

RRM1 (Ribonucleotide reductase M1 polypeptide) is one of two non-identical subunits that constitute ribonucleoside-diphosphate reductase, an enzyme which catalyzes the biosynthesis of deoxyribonucleotides from the corresponding ribonucleotides. It provides the precursors necessary for DNA synthesis. RRM1 is involved in carcinogenesis, tumor progression.
