Immunohistochemistry analysis of SFTPA1 in paraffin-embedded human lung cancer. Samples were incubated with SFTPA1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-76699) using a dilution of 1:50. Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

We report that the frequency of specific surfactant protein-A haplotypes and genotypes differs between children with recurrent otitis media compared with a control population.
