SMARCAL1 Antibody (PA5-28980) in WB
Western Blot analysis of SMARCAL1 was performed by separating 30 µg of K562 whole cell and nuclear extracts by 5% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a SMARCAL1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-28980) at a dilution of 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

PRKCQ is a calcium-independent, novel isoform that is important in transducing signals in T lymphocytes. Interaction of a T lymphocyte with an antigen-presenting cell results in clustering of the T cell antigen receptor (TCR) and the recruitment of a large signaling complex to the site of cell-cell contact. PRKCQ is essential for TCR-mediated activation. PKC theta plays a role in pathways that link the TCR signaling complex to the activation of NF-kappa B in mature T lymphocytes.
