SNRPD2 Polyclonal Antibody detects SNRPD2 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HCT116 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde/PBS for 15 min. Green: SNRPD2 protein stained by SNRPD2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-27547) diluted at 1:2,000. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Alternative splicing occurs at this locus and two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified.
