SYF2 Antibody (MA5-26995) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded human lymphoma tissue. To expose target proteins, heat-induced epitope retrieval by Tris-EDTA, pH8.0. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a SYF2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-26995) at a dilution of 1:150.

Target Information
This gene encodes a nuclear protein that interacts with cyclin D-type binding-protein 1, which is thought to be a cell cycle regulator at the G1/S transition. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized.
