TESC Antibody (PA5-25060) in IHC (P)

Immunohistochemistry analysis of TESC in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human lung carcinoma. Samples were incubated with TESC polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-25060) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

TESC Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of TESC in mouse cerebellum tissue lysates. Samples were incubated with TESC polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-25060). Lysates: 35 µg/lane. TESC (arrow).

TESC Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — Flow cytometry of TESC in HepG2 cells (right histogram). Samples were incubated with TESC polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-25060) followed by FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibody. Negative control cell (left histogram).
