Immunohistochemistry analysis of TSG101 in paraffin-embedded mouse kidney. Samples were incubated with TSG101 Recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-51466) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Target Information
TSG101-4A10 recognizes TSG101 protein, the product of a recently identified Tumor Susceptibility Gene whose inactivation in mouse fibroblasts results in cell transformation and the ability of those cells to form tumors in nude mice. The TSG101 gene encodes a 46 kDa protein and contains a proline-rich domain and a leucine-zipper motif within a coiled-coil domain near the carboxyl terminus.
