Tenascin R Antibody (PA5-31143) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of Tenascin R was performed in DIV9 rat E18 primary hippocampal neuron cells fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: Tenascin R Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5 31143) diluted at 1:500. Red: beta Tubulin 3/ Tuj1, stained by beta Tubulin 3/ Tuj1 antibody. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI.

Tenascin-R (TNR) is an extracellular matix protein expressed primarily in the central nervous system. It is a member of the tenascin (TN) gene family, which includes at least 3 genes in mammals: TNC (or hexabrachion; MIM 187380), TNX (TNXB; MIM 600985), and TNR (Erickson, 1993). The genes are expressed in distinct tissues at different times during embryonic development and are present in adult tissues.
