UBE1 Antibody (PA5-30199) in WB
Western Blot using UBE1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-30199). Various whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with UBE1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-30199) diluted at 1:10,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

This gene complements an X-linked mouse temperature-sensitive defect in DNA synthesis, and thus may function in DNA repair. It is part of a gene cluster on chromosome Xp11. 23. Alternative splicing results in 2 transcript variants encoding the same protein, but with different 5' UTR.
