USP22 Antibody (MA5-50121) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of MCF-7 with USP22 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-50121) at 1:30, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 493-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L).

Target Information
Histone deubiquitinating component of the transcription regulatory histone acetylation (HAT) complex SAGA. Catalyzes the deubiquitination of both histones H2A and H2B, thereby acting as a coactivator. Recruited to specific gene promoters by activators such as MYC, where it is required for transcription. Required for nuclear receptor-mediated transactivation and cell cycle progression.
