VAChT Antibody (PA5-120421) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of VAChT in paraffin-embedded rat brain. Samples were incubated with VAChT Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-120421) using a dilution of 1:200 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Acetylcholine transport utilizes a proton gradient established by a vacuolar ATPase. This gene is located within the first intron of the choline acetyltransferase gene.
