VAV2 Antibody (PA5-85696) in WB

Western blot analysis of VAV2 in mouse tissue extract using VAV2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-85696) using 50 µg of sample at a dilution of 1:3000. Sample was then incubated with HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody. Prior to incubation with primary antibody, the sample was separated on 7.5% SDS-PAGE.

Unlike VAV1, which is expressed exclusively in hematopoietic cells, VAV2 transcripts were found in most tissues. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
