WDR77 Antibody (PA5-81123) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of WDR77 in U2OS cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with WDR77 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81123, 1:1,000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to nucleus.

WDR77 is a component of the 20S PRMT5-containing methyltransferase complex, which modifies specific arginines to dimethylarginines in several spliceosomal Sm proteins. This modification targets Sm proteins to the survival of motor neurons (SMN) complex for assembly into small nuclear ribonucleoprotein core particles.
