WDR82 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of WDR82 in various lysates. Samples were incubated with WDR82 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49393) using a dilution of 1:2,000 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 20 µg per lane. Lane 1: NCCIT whole cell lysate; Lane 2: SH-SY5Y whole cell lysate; Lane 3: HCT116 whole cell lysate; Lane 4: U-251 MG whole cell lysate; Lane 5: NIH/3T3 whole cell lysate. Predicted band size: 35 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
