Immunocytochemical analysis of WNT2 using WNT2 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-50358) in Mock and transfected 293T cells at a dilution of 1:500. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: Wnt2 stained by Wnt2 antibody (MA5-50358) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI.
