ZKSCAN1 Antibody (MA5-27378) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded adenocarcinoma of human colon tissue. To expose target proteins, heat-induced epitope retrieval by 10mM citric buffer, pH6.0, 100°C for 10min. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a ZKSCAN1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-27378) at a dilution of 1:500.

Transcriptional regulatory proteins containing tandemly repeated zinc finger domains are thought to be involved in both normal and abnormal cellular proliferation and differentiation.
