ZNF703 Antibody (PA5-112813) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemichal analysis of ZNF703 in HepG2 cells using a Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112813) at a dilution of 1:133. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were also counter-stained with DAPI.

ZNF703 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot analysis of ZNF703 in rat heart tissue using a ZNF703 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112813) at a concentration of 3 µg/ml. A goat anti rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:50,000.
