eIF2b alpha Antibody (PA5-71697) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of eIF2b alpha in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human breast tissue. Samples were incubated with eIF2b alpha polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-71697) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Mutations in this gene and the genes encoding other EIF2B subunits have been associated with leukoencephalopathy with vanishing white matter.
