CPSF3 Antibody (PA5-88501) in WB
Western blot analysis of CPSF3 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with CPSF3 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-88501) using a dilution of 1:3,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 10s.

Most eukaryotic mRNA precursors (pre-mRNAs) undergo extensive maturational processing, including cleavage and polyadenylation at the 3-prime end. CPSF3 encodes the 73-kD subunit of the cleavage and polyadenylation specificity factor (CPSF) and is the pre-mRNA 3-prime-end-processing endonuclease (Mandel et al., 2006).
