Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of T47D (Lane 1), HeLa (Lane 2), HeLa treated with MG132 (25 µg/mL for 6 hours) (Lane 3), MCF7 (Lane 4), COLO 205 (Lane 5).
