DLL1 Antibody (PA5-19106) in ICC/IF

Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton, using a Polyclonal DLL1 Antibody (Product # PA5-19106). Primary incubation 1hr (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing cytoplasmic/membrane staining. Actin filaments were stained with phalloidin (red) and the nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL).

DLL1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot was performed using Anti-DLL1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-19106) and an 80 kDa band corresponding to DLL1 was observed across tissues. Tissue extracts (50 µg lysate) of Mouse Heart (Lane 1), Mouse Spleen (Lane 2), Rat Heart (Lane 3), Rat Spleen (Lane 4) or Mouse Testis (Lane 5) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 10% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0301BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000) and detected by chemiluminescence with Rabbit anti-Goat IgG Heavy Chain Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27014, 1:4000) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).

DLL1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of DLL1 using DLL1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-19106) (2 µg/mL) in staining of Rat Pancreas lysate (A) + Peptide (B) (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer). Detected by chemiluminescence.

DLL1 Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — Flow cytometric analysis of DLL1 in HeLa cells using a polyclonal antibody (Product #PA5-19106). HeLa cells (blue line) were paraformaldehyde fixed and permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. The primary antibody was incubated for one hour (10 µg/mL) followed by an Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1 µg/mL). IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line) followed by an Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.

DLL1 Antibody — Antibody specificity was demonstrated by detection of differential basal expression of the target across Mouse Heart, Mouse Spleen, Rat Heart, Rat Spleen, Mouse Testis owing to their inherent genetic constitution. Relative expression of DLL1 was observed in Mouse and Rat Heart and Spleen as compared to Mouse Testis using Anti-DLL1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-19106) in Western Blot. {RE}

Delta-like protein 1 (DLL1) is a transmembrane protein characterized by epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like repeats. It is a ligand for Notch receptor. It blocks the differentiation of progenitor cells into the B-cell lineage while promoting the emergence of a population of cells with the characteristics of a T-cell/NK-cell precursor.
