Human IgD Antibody (MA5-37959) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of Human IgD in paraffin-embedded human Hodgkin lymphoma. Samples were incubated with Human IgD Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-37959) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

This type I transmembrane protein is co-expressed on the surface of mature naive B cells with membrane IgM. IgD also exists as a soluble form in blood serum.
