NAT10 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Detection of mouse NAT10 by immunohistochemistry. Sample: FFPE section of mouse plasmacytoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NAT10 (Product # A304-385A) (Lot 1) used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1 µg/mL). Detection: DAB.

NAT10 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Detection of human NAT10 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) prepared using NETN buffer from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH 3T3 cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NAT10 antibody (Product # A304-385A) (lot A304-385A-1) used for WB at 0.04 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

NAT10 Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — Detection of human NAT10 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN buffer from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NAT10 antibody (Product # A304-385A) (lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. NAT10 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NAT10 antibody BL15900. For blotting immunoprecipitated NAT10, A304-385A was used at 0.04 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

IRS4 encodes the insulin receptor substrate 4, a cytoplasmic protein that contains many potential tyrosine and serine/threonine phosphorylation sites. Tyrosine-phosphorylated IRS4 protein has been shown to associate with cytoplasmic signalling molecules that contain SH2 domains. The IRS4 protein is phosphorylated by the insulin receptor tyrosine kinase upon receptor stimulation.
