Western Blot analysis of RCA using a RCA Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97459) at a concentration of 5 µg/mL. Lane 1: Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase oxygenase at 0.01µg/ml. Lane 2: Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase oxygenase at 0.1µg/ml. Lane 3: Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase oxygenase at 1µg/ml. Lane 4: Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase oxygenase at 10µg/ml. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:15,000 dilution. Observed band size: 55, 14 kDa.
