Themis Antibody (PA5-143777) in WB
Western blot of Themis in mouse spleen (lanes 1-4) and human K562 cells (lanes 5-8). The blots were probed with Themis polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143777) at a dilution of 1:2,000 (lanes 1 & 5), 1:1,000 (lanes 2 & 6), 1:500 (lanes 3 & 7), and 1:500 in the presence of Themis blocking peptide (lanes 4 & 8).

The antibody detects a 72 kDa* protein corresponding to the molecular mass of themis on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of mouse spleen and human K562 cells.
靶标信息
Themis is a cytoplasmic protein that is essential for positive selection and the development of single-positive thymocytes. Highest levels of expression are found in CD4+CD8+ double-positive thymocytes, with lower expression found in mature T cells. In addition to Grb1, Themis has been found to associate with PLC gamma 1 and LAT and is quickly phosphorylated by SLP-76 following TCR signaling. There are 5 isoforms of mouse Themis that are produced as a result of alternative splicing.
