WNT2B Antibody (PA5-85505) in WB
Western Blot using WNT2B Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85505). HepG2 whole cell extract and conditioned medium (30 µg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with WNT2B Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85505) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

WNT2B is a member of the wingless-type MMTV integration site (WNT) family of highly conserved, secreted signaling factors. WNT family members function in a variety of developmental processes including regulation of cell growth and differentiation and are characterized by a WNT-core domain. It may play a role in human development as well as human carcinogenesis. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants exist.
