采用 Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ AutoTrace™ 280 自动固相萃取（SPE）系统从大体积水性基质分析痕量有机物。该自动系统可捕获和浓缩待测分析物，所以一次运行可在 2-3 小时内处理 6 个样品，操作时间仅 15 分钟。典型应用包括 PAH、PCB、PCDD、PCDF、农药、除草剂、阻燃剂、半挥发性物质、亚硝胺和类固醇。
特定的加速溶剂萃取类别
该系统可实现达 6 种样品的自动 SPE——来自萃取柱或萃取盘调节、样品加载、冲洗和洗脱步骤、清洗和洗脱。
Dionex SolEx SPE 萃取柱有多种化学键合相和尺寸可供选择，可捕获和浓缩大体积水性基质中的待测分析物。
