Omnia Kinase Assays 激酶检测试剂盒利用荧光肽为反应底物,快速、均匀和灵敏地检测酶活性。在不使用放射性示踪剂或专用设备的情况下,在最佳动力学、最适生理浓度 ATP 下进行实时测量获得实验结果。荧光值随激酶活性的增加而相应增加。该检测的动力学模式还纠正了假阳性(化合物自动荧光)和假阴性(猝灭),最大限度地减少干扰。该方法可用于ATP竞争性抑制剂和ATP非竞争性抑制剂(变构)的筛选。
