反射-吸收的光学原理相同,由于样品特性,部分能量会穿过样品表层,被样品吸收,部分由表层下的基质反射出来。 当同时满足镜面反射和反射-吸收的条件时,两种技术可以结合使用。 如果需要与透射检测的光谱进行定性比较,可以运用 Kramers-Kronig 校正方法消除色散效应。
