In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. HHATL (Hedgehog Acyltransferase-Like) is a gene that codes for a protein involved in the regulation of Hedgehog signaling pathways. HHATL is located on chromosome 7q36.3.
