This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-51902. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

RNF213 is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase involved in angiogenesis. Involved in the non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway in vascular development: acts by mediating ubiquitination and degradation of FLNA and NFATC2 downstream of RSPO3, leading to inhibit the non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway and promoting vessel regression. Also has ATPase activity.
