Designed to streamline experimental workflows, Megaplex™ RT Primers provide a single reaction solution when preparing cDNA for real-time PCR analysis on a TaqMan® Array MicroRNA Card. Rodent Pool B v2.0 contains RT primers for 306 and 135 unique microRNAs for mouse and rat respectively plus 4 species specific controls. The microRNA targets represented in this pool tend be less well characterized, more narrowly expressed and⁄or expressed at a lower level when compared to Rodent Pool A. The pool can also be used to prepare cDNA for real-time analysis using the individual TaqMan® MicroRNA Assays.
