采用 Thermo Scientific™ Oxoid™ 生化鉴别系统 (O.B.I.S.) mono 可快速区分单核细胞增生李斯特菌与其他李斯特菌属。本款快速比色法检测试剂盒可简单、快速地得出 D-丙氨酰氨基肽酶 (DALAase) 的于测定结果。其设计用于区分从选择性培养基中分离并接种到二级培养基上进行进一步生化检测的推测李斯特菌。

对单核细胞增生李斯特菌的鉴别取决于是否缺乏 D-丙氨酰氨基肽酶。1、2、3

单核细胞增生李斯特菌是最常见的致病性李斯特菌，已证明对人类和动物具有致病性。
