Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (65%), Rat (65%).
This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-84738. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
靶标信息
The neutrophil form of elastase is 218 amino acids long, with two asparagine-linked carbohydrate chains (see glycosylation). It is present in azurophil granules in the neutrophil cytoplasm. There appear to be two forms of neutrophil elastase, termed IIa and IIb.
