Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (95%), Rat (95%).
This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-67317. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
靶标信息
May participate in a protein complex showing an E3 ligase activity regulated by RAC1. Ubiquitination is directed towards itself and possibly other substrates, such as SMARCD2/BAF60b. Intrinsic E3 ligase activity has not been proven.
