Indium (In)

Indium ([Kr]4d105s25p1) (CAS 7440-74-6) is a ductile, malleable, silvery-white metal; softer than lead. Pure indium emits a high-pitched 'cry' when bent. It is unaffected by water and very stable in air. Most often associated with zinc, indium is also found in iron, lead, and copper ores and is about as abundant as silver.
